Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending back any items. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
- All refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method under any circumstances.
- The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
- It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For pre-orders, refunds will be issued if we are unable to fulfil the order due to stock unavailability.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different variant (e.g., a different set or colour), please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require the return of the original item.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund depending on availability and circumstances. Claims for damaged or defective items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Pre-Orders
Assembly Zone offers pre-orders for upcoming releases. Pre-order payments are collected at the time of placing the order. You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the estimated dispatch date. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). In such cases, we will arrange for a prepaid return or cover the applicable cost.
